Opting for Social vs Organic Traffic

I have this blog in the fitness niche, nothing big, gets about 30 solid organic visits per day (havent written anything new since August last year lol)

Im thinking about steering the whole thing in a different direction, making it more flashy like BuzzFeed ("Dont eat food X or you get Y", "This food will prevent cancer", etc.)

I know this will probably be bad for organic traffic, but then again the fitness niche is uber competitive. What do you guys think? Should i just opt for Social…
